We will use Wix to create a beautiful, professional website tailored to your business needs using one of the six (6) templates we specifically customized for small businesses and startups.

We will guide you every step of the way, handling all the design and technical aspects of the project. All you need to do is provide the content for your new website, and we will take care of the rest.

  We use customized Wix templates to create beautiful, professional websites. You pick the one that best matches your vision for your website. All the design elements and content will be customized for your business.

• 2. Up to four pages.

  Each website comes with up to four pages: Home, Services/Menu, About Us or Photos, and Contact Us.

  You can always add more after your website goes live.

• 3. Up to 10 photos per page.

  Each website comes with up to 10 photos per page. No photos? No problem. We have access to licensed, royalty-free stock photos.

• How does this work?

  • Step 1: We set up a one-hour Zoom meeting for your free, no-obligation consultation to discuss your website needs and goals.
  • Step 2: After the meeting, we will send you:
    1. A detailed proposal outlining the scope of work and all associated fees
    2. A link to a preformatted Google document for you to provide the content you want on your website.
    3. A link to our six professional templates for you to review and select your preferred one.
    4. The mailing address for sending the retainer fee if you decide to proceed.
  • Step 3: You send back the signed proposal, the retainer fee, the completed Google document, and your selected template. If you have any questions, we're here to help. We want you to feel comfortable with your decision.
  • Step 4: We will review the information and contact you if we have any questions. Otherwise, you will receive an email confirmation that we have begun working on the project.
  • Step 5: Within 5 to 10 business days, you will receive a link to a working version of your new professional website for review.
  • Step 6: You provide your feedback, and we make adjustments as needed, offering recommendations based on our experience.
  • Step 7: Once we get your final approval, your new professional website will go live.

• What will the proposal include?

  Our proposals are very detailed and will include the scope of work, all project-related fees, and any fees you should expect after the project is completed, such as Wix fees.

  We want to make sure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision.

• What is the retainer fee?

  This is the initial payment that secures our professional web design services.

• When my website goes live, will it be under my Wix account?

  Yes, since all payments are made prior to the website going live, we will transfer the website to your Wix account. Until then, the website will be under our Wix account while its in development.

• When my website goes live, who will maintain it?

  We build your website so you can manage routine updates on your own and come to us only when you need support with more advanced changes.

  This gives you the flexibility to work with anyone for ongoing maintenance.

  We are happy to provide support at our standard hourly rate is $150. We’ll always provide an estimate before any work begins.

• If my website is down, or there are technical issues, who will support it?

  Wix, as your web hosting provider, will handle support for any technical issues. You will need to contact Wix customer support for assistance.

  Since we don't have access to the Wix infrastructure, we cannot address technical issues directly. This is common for most websites, regardless of the hosting provider. It is the hosting provider's responsibility to provide technical support.

  Of course, we would be happy to provide any support we can.

• What happens if I don't make the agreed-upon payments to EO?

  At our discretion and in accordance with our Agreement for Template-Based Website Provision of Service, the website will not be transferred to your account or made live until all agreed-upon payments have been received.

• What happens if I don't make the agreed-upon payments to Wix?

  At Wix's discretion and in accordance with their Terms of Service, they will turn off the website and even delete it. We have no control over this, as Wix is the hosting provider for your website.

• If I decide to leave Wix, can I take the website with me?

  This is a yes and no answer.

  Yes, you can take all the content and assets (images, videos, etc.) that you provided because they are yours.

  No, because you cannot take the actual website or infrastructure since that belongs to Wix. The site would have to be recreated on the new platform. This would be the case for any other template base platform, such as WordPress, or SquareSpace.

  In our experience, businesses only want to "move" their website if they need to upscale its infrastructure. The infrastructure provided by Wix is more than sufficient for your current and future needs.
